We implement rigorous material quality inspection to eliminate defective materials from the source, which is a key part of our quality-centric commitment. Professional inspectors conduct comprehensive tests on the sourced materials, including fabric density, tensile strength, hardware corrosion resistance, accessory compatibility, and environmental safety (custom materials that comply with REACH and RoHS standards). Only materials that pass all inspection items are allowed to enter the next process. Cutting is a critical process affecting the overall shape and fit of the bag. We adopt professional cutting equipment and standardized operating procedures to achieve precision cutting. According to the customized design drawings, technicians program the cutting parameters, ensuring that each piece of fabric is cut accurately to the required size. For complex bag styles or small-batch customized orders, we can quickly adjust cutting templates to meet flexible production needs. The whole cutting process is monitored in real time to avoid dimensional deviations, ensuring that the subsequent sewing process proceeds smoothly.

Printing and logo printing are the core links to realize customized bag services. We support a variety of printing processes (screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, digital printing, etc.) to meet different logo styles, colors, and material adaptation needs. Before formal printing, we provide customers with sample confirmation to ensure that the logo effect, color accuracy, and position fully meet expectations. For large-batch orders, we optimize the printing process to improve efficiency while ensuring consistency; for small-batch personalized orders, we realize rapid proofing and printing, reflecting the advantage of flexible order handling.

Sewing directly determines the structural stability and aesthetic appearance of the bag. Our sewing workshop is equipped with skilled technicians with rich experience, and implements standardized sewing processes. Each sewing link (including fabric joining, edge folding, pocket sewing, and zipper installation) follows strict operating specifications, and the stitch density, thread tension, and seam flatness are strictly controlled. For customized bag styles with special structural requirements, we organize technical teams to formulate exclusive sewing plans to ensure that the product structure is firm and the appearance is neat.

Final assembling sewing integrates all processed components (body, lining, hardware, accessories) into finished products. We focus on the fit and functional integrity of each component during the assembly process, such as the firm installation of hardware, the smooth operation of zippers, and the reasonable layout of internal compartments. After assembly, preliminary inspections are carried out to ensure that there are no omissions or defects in the product structure, laying the foundation for subsequent quality inspection. This link reflects our rigorous attitude towards product integrity and functional reliability.

We implement multi-layered quality inspection throughout the production process, and the final QC inspection is the last pass to ensure product quality. Professional inspectors conduct comprehensive inspections on the finished bags, including appearance (no thread residue, no color differences, neat seams), structure (firm assembly, no loose parts), functionality (zipper smoothness, hardware durability), and size consistency. Products that fail the inspection are returned for rework or scrapped, and only products that fully meet the quality standards are allowed to enter the packaging link. This strict quality control system ensures that every bag delivered to customers meets expectations.

Packaging not only protects products during transportation but also reflects brand image. We provide customizable packaging solutions according to customer needs, including customized packaging boxes, labels, dust bags, and anti-collision materials. For international orders, we use moisture-proof, shock-proof, and customs-friendly packaging materials to ensure that products are delivered intact. At the same time, we optimize the packaging process to improve efficiency while reducing unnecessary packaging waste, achieving environmental protection and cost control.
